OpenSurveys.org respects your right to conduct surveys on topics that interest you, and we're glad to be able to help.

However, access to this site is granted on the condition that you follow these three simple rules:

1. You must keep your surveys free from racist, defamatory, threatening or obscene material of any sort.
2. You must not post copyrighted material you aren't licensed to use.
3. You must not impersonate any user, project or company for malicious purposes or otherwise.

OpenSurveys.org reserves the right to suspend users and surveys that break these simple rules.
